I have had to deal with various companies when it comes to getting my handsets and comm equipment, and Nigel is truly impressive. I consider myself quite comfortable with software and IT and had become stuck when trying to program my handsets. Nigel spent nearly an hour of his time over the phone teaching me the ropes of what to do and how to do, being calm and patient whilst talking me through the entire process.
